I had a GREAT experience with RDS Office Furniture. I was looking for a

Herman Miller Aeron chair and was very hesitant to buy something online

without being able to try it in person (even used, those chairs are

pricey!). I found RDS through your site and called for information; Dave was

very friendly and knowledgeable and encouraged me to come in. A few days

passed before I could make it to the store, but when I arrived, he

immediately remembered my name, my height (which affects the size of chair

needed), and my needs/concerns, and he had already pulled several chairs for

me to try that were comparable to the Aeron. He patiently answered my

questions — at no time did I feel as though I was being upsold or hustled.

The transaction could not have been easier, and I was thrilled to drive home

that day with a (new-to-me) Aeron.
