I purchased a used Steelcase Amia chair from Ideal Office Solutions in Methune, MA. They were great about answering all the questions had about the chair before I drove down from VT to pick it up, and they were very accommodating when I picked the chair up (as per VT travel restrictions, due to COVID-19, in order to avoid having to quarantine when I returned to VT, I had to remain in my car when I arrived down there. They willingly brought the chair out and loaded it into the back of my car from me. They were also very good about making other accommodations, related to the sale of the chair and my need to remain in my car when I picked it up).

The chair is fine and has met my expectations, and I’m very pleased with my entire experience with them. Tara Nicolson was my primary contact and she was very courteous and professional throughout the entire process of the sale, from start to finish.
