We ended up using Daves Office Installations and had a successful purchase of chairs for our conference room. Ralph was extremely helpful, honest, and a great communicator, letting me know status etc. I would recommend him to other customers.
COF called back quickly & worked with me onsite to ensure I got the most recent vintage chair (as the local HM new stock dealer will allow warranty work on used chairs so long as it is still has the factory warranty sticker on them), so that I have a long term warranty on the chair. Although it was not needed in the end, they were also willing to pull parts out of their boneyard to make sure all small details were in best shape. Customer Service and price was better than other dealers.

I purchased from Office Furniture Inc. I was happy with them. They had a huge selection of furniture available when I visited the warehouse. My only complaint is that they are not open on weekends, and their location is extremely hard to get to during their working hours due to Atlanta traffic.

When I was communicating with them before I turned it over to the purchasing department, they were very helpful and accommodating and I was very impressed. I believe you submitted a request about the chairs and gave me their contact information, but they even contacted me before I was able to call them. They were very efficient.
